MD03 – Bayern pushed all the way as BVB stroll

The Bundesliga continues to enthrall! This weekend, Bayern bounced back from their 4-1 loss against Hoffenheim – but only just. They were pushed to the edge by Hertha Berlin, with them needing a last-minute penalty from Robert Lewandowski to grab the win. The Poland international scored all four as Bayern prevailed 4-3, continuing his stunning form from last term.

Borussia Dortmund, meanwhile, gave Lucien Favre some relief with a 4-0 victory over Freiburg. Giovani Reyna was the star of the show, with three assists, whilst Erling Haaland scored twice.

Elsewhere, Borussia Monchengladbach beat Köln in the Rhein derby, whilst Leipzig hammered Schalke. We cover all of the action, as ever.

As always, a very special thanks to our friends ‘Phre The Eon’ for the theme music. Anyone interested can find them on Facebook.
